On being associated with the World Cup, Nora said, “This song is very special to me. Through ‘Siir Siir’ we have tried to bring different cultures together. We have tried to create a song that is loved all over the world and at the same time is something new. I wanted to include everything about my identity in it. My roots are from Morocco and Canada, and I have a huge influence in India. I love India and the South Asian community. I have received a lot of love from the (South Asian community). This love has helped me a lot in my journey.”

Regarding this song, Nora further said, “This song has become even more special because there are many Indians behind it. The choreographers, dancers and styling team all include Indians. Everyone has played a big role in turning this vision into reality. It is like a dream for me to be able to create this song for a stage like the World Cup. I feel as if my circle has been completed, where different cultures, sounds and people have come together.”
