Thai Curry is a famous and delicious dish in Thailand, which is also very much liked in India. Coconut milk, cheese, non -veg, vegetables and many types of fruits are used to make it. In Thailand, curry is usually a soup -like dish. Along with this, some herbus and spices are also added to it.
This is the main dish of Thailand and it is eaten daily in many Thai homes. It is preferred to eat more with rice. This protein and many nutrients are found. There are three types of red, yellow and green which are seen based on the color of curry paste. Each curry is known for its color and taste, which depends on the material used to make it.
Green curry
Green curry makes green chillies, onions, garlic, lemongrass, lemongrass and coriander leaves. It is more popular in all Thai curry. This green curry is made by mixing things like paste, coconut milk, fish and sugar.
Red curry
Less sharp red chili is used than green chillies to make red curry. Coconut milk curry paste is used to make the paste creamy and reduce its sharpness. Tofu, vegetables and non-veg are added to it. In such a situation, it is a good source of nutrients.
Yellow curry
It is yellow in color due to turmeric, and its taste is mildly sharp. Onion, potatoes, coconut milk, non -veg and garnished basil can also be used to make it. Apart from this, many different ingredients are used to make curry.
Thai curry is very much liked in India. It is easily found in Thai restaurant. Or it can be ordered through online food delivery apps. Some Indian restaurants also include it in their menu.
This is how green Thai curry is made
Green chillies, ginger, lemonagrass, onion, cumin, coriander, spices, soy sauce or fish sauce are used to make it. Fresh Tulsi or Thai Basil is also added to it. First of all, all ingredients are put into mixers and grinded finely with some water. Now the oil in the pan is hot in the pan and roasted it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add coconut milk and mix well. After this, chopped vegetables are added to it capsicum, carrot, baby corn and broccoli. After its cooking, salt, soy or fish sauce and basil leaves are added to it. Curry is ready after boiling and ripening of vegetables. It is served with rice. In the remaining two, the method is almost the same, just curry paste is different.
