Ratnakar met Narada Muni

Once upon a time, a robber named Ratnakar used to attack people and forcibly snatch money and their property. He was doing this copy on time. Then one day he met Narada Muni. Ratnakar’s life changed only after meeting Narada Muni. Suddenly, when Narada Muni came in front of Ratnakar, Ratnakar tried to intimidate him.

However, Narada Muni was not afraid at all. Ratnakar was a little surprised to see this nature of Narada Muni. He saw that Narada Muni has nothing other than Vinea, which he can take away. Even after this, Ratnakar told Narada Muni that if he has to save his life, then whatever is valuable to him, give it to him.

Narada Muni questioned

On this, Narada Muni told Ratnakar that he has a precious thing, but will he be able to take it from them. Ratnakar was a little surprised again. Then Narada Muni asked a question that for whom you do Ratnakar while looting. To this, Ratnakar replied that he does this for the maintenance of his family. Narada Muni then questioned Ratnakar.

Narada Muni said that whatever deeds you are doing for your family. Your family will be with you when the result comes. Is your family partner in this robbery karma? After this, Ratnakar got curiosity in his mind. He tied Narada Muni with a tree and took this question to his family. Then both his family i.e. wife and father refused.

Ratnakar realized

Both of them told Ratnakar that they have to suffer the fruits of their deeds on their own. He will not be going to participate in this work. Desperate from the family’s reply, Ratnakar came back to Narada Muni. Then he realized that he is spoiling his life in vain works. After this, there was a desire to change himself within him. Then Narada Muni told him about the property named Ram.

The robber changed to Maharishi Valmiki

Ratnakar’s spiritual journey started from here. This journey converted the robber Ratnakar into Maharishi Valmiki. He started doing harsh penance. Brahma ji was pleased with his tenacity and ordered him to write a book on the life of Lord Rama. Only after this Maharishi Valmiki composed the Ramayana. At the time of the exile of Mother Sita, Maharishi Valmiki gave her autumn in her ashram. Love and Kush were born in his own ashram. He taught Luv and Kush and taught war art.
