Bhopal. On completion of 12 years of the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav recalled the major achievements of his tenure. He said that 12 years ago the countrymen had handed over the command of the country to Narendra Modi with immense trust and expectations. However, Prime Minister Modi always considered himself ‘Pradhansevak’ and in the same spirit gave top priority to serving the nation. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi is continuously working to realize the resolve of ‘Developed India’ and is busy taking the country to new heights.

Won the trust of the countrymen through good governance and public welfare
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Prime Minister Modi has set many new standards in the field of good governance and development, considering it as his duty to serve 140 crore Indians. With the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas’, he has tried to extend the benefits of development to every section of the society.
The Chief Minister said that the Central Government has implemented many schemes for the empowerment of the poor, youth, farmers and women. He also said that by giving relief to Muslim women from the practice like triple talaq, their honor and rights were ensured.
Free ration and vaccination become a big support in Covid crisis
The Chief Minister also mentioned the steps taken during the COVID-19 pandemic under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. He said that during the crisis, free ration was provided to crores of eligible citizens and a nationwide free vaccination campaign was conducted. He said that India did not limit itself to protecting its own citizens but also provided vaccines to many other countries. Due to this, the Indian thought of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ got new recognition at the global level.
Benefits from central government schemes reach the last person
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that various public welfare schemes run under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi have extended the benefits of development to the people standing at the last end of the society. These schemes have strengthened the sense of authority, respect and self-reliance among the people.
He said that today the common citizen of the country is moving towards realizing his dreams and India is emerging as a strong power on the world stage. According to him, this change was possible because public interest and human sensitivities have always been at the center of the government’s policies and decisions.
25 crore people came out of poverty, got benefits of many schemes
The Chief Minister said that in the spirit of Antyodaya, the Central Government has given top priority to the welfare of the poor in the last 12 years. He said that due to the efforts of the government, about 25 crore people in the country have been successful in coming out of the poverty line. Referring to schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ujjwala Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Mudra Yojana, PM Swanidhi Yojana, Free Ration Scheme and Ayushman Bharat, he said that these have brought positive changes in the lives of crores of people.
The country is changing with Swachh Bharat and Digital India
Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, cleanliness has taken the form of a mass movement across the country. Large-scale toilet construction and sanitation efforts have had a positive impact on people’s lives. He said that the Digital India campaign is also progressing rapidly. The Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system has paved the way for the benefits of government schemes to be delivered directly to the beneficiaries in a transparent manner. This has helped crores of families to live a safe and dignified life.
Developed India is a country moving towards the goal of 2047.
The Chief Minister said that the Central Government is continuously making efforts to achieve the goal of developed India by the year 2047. He expressed confidence that the country will definitely achieve this goal through public participation and collective cooperation. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India is continuously moving towards self-reliance, development and global leadership.
