According to Patna SSP Karthikeya Sharma, Khan sir’s name is included among the main accused in the FIR lodged at Kadamkuan police station. This whole matter started on the dark night of June 2, when there was a sudden commotion outside the ‘Khan Global Studies Institute’ located in Musallahpur Haat, Patna. It is being told that a furious group of 15 to 20 unknown people suddenly attacked the coaching centre. The attackers not only tore down posters of Khan sir, but also started indiscriminate stone pelting on the premises. After this sudden attack, two guards of the coaching center opened fire in the air to protect themselves and the students. The suspense deepened when the very next day of the incident, i.e. on June 3, a huge crowd of thousands of students gathered outside the institute, after which the entire area had to be converted into a cantonment. The police quickly registered a case under Section 109 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and the Arms Act on the basis of a video and took both the guards into custody.

Courtroom suspense: Lawyer’s claim – ‘I was framed for revenge’
The arguments presented by Khan Sir’s lawyer Arvind Kumar Mahaur in front of the court turned the entire case upside down. Making very serious allegations, the lawyer said that this FIR registered against Khan Sir is part of a “deep conspiracy to defame him in the society and destroy his career”.
