TVS Motor Company has taken the wraps off the latest and most advanced iteration of its popular 125cc motorcycle, the TVS Raider, now dubbed “The Wicked Troika.” Packed with first-in-segment features, the new Raider combines power, technology, and safety in an all-new avatar.
Leading the innovation charge is the Boost Mode powered by iGO Assist technology, delivering best-in-class torque of 11.75Nm @ 6,000rpm and 11.38bhp. The new Raider also debuts Dual Disc Brakes with ABS, a segment-first safety feature designed to ensure superior control and rider confidence.
Adding to the rider-friendly appeal is Glide Through Technology (GTT), another first for the 125cc class, which enhances low-speed manoeuvrability and fuel efficiency, making city rides smoother than ever.
The motorcycle gets wider tyres (90/90-17 front, 110/80-17 rear) for improved grip and cornering stability, along with a bold metallic silver finish and striking red alloys that accentuate its sporty stance.
Speaking at the launch, Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President (Commuter & EV Business and Corporate Brand & Media), TVS Motor Company, said, “The TVS Raider redefines what young riders can seek from their motorcycle. With Boost Mode, Dual Disc Brakes with ABS, and Glide Through Technology, the new Raider raises the ‘wicked’ bar once again – blending thrilling performance, top-notch safety, and unmatched ease. We remain committed to creating motorcycles that customers are delighted to ride and proud to own.”
The Raider also brings smart connectivity to the forefront with two display options, a TFT screen offering over 99 features and a reverse LCD cluster with more than 85 features. The TVS SmartXonnect platform integrates Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, turn-by-turn navigation, call handling, and notifications, transforming everyday commutes into connected journeys.
Additional highlights include a follow me headlamp, a safety feature that keeps the light on briefly after the engine is turned off, enhancing visibility in dark parking zones.
The new TVS Raider is priced at Rs 95,600 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the TFT Dual Disc variant and Rs 93,800 for the SXC Dual Disc model. The motorcycle is now available across all TVS Motor dealerships nationwide.
