Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are once again in the news for their property investments. A new report claims that the couple is associated with a luxury villa enclave in Hyderabad, adding to the attention around their real estate interests. The rumors are that they have bought a lavish villa in Future Trends – The Valley near Tukkuguda, the most fastly developing region near ORR in Hyderabad. The details of the new property have not been officially confirmed by either Vijay or Rashmika.
Vijay already owns a multi-level bungalow in Hyderabad, with the property in Jubilee Hills. The residence was purchased several years ago and has remained their main city home. Recent reports have also highlighted its spacious interiors and outdoor areas. The couple also has a newly built property in Vijay’s native village of Thummanpet in Nagarkurnool district. They visited the farmhouse after their wedding and performed a traditional Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham there.
Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika are playing the lead roles in Ranabaali and the film releases on October 16th in theatres. Rahul Sankrityaan is the director and Mythri Movie Makers are the producers.
