Dr. Himanshu says that children with kickf should give light and nutritious diet to eat. Soup, porridge, lukewarm milk, fruits, juices and green vegetables help to thin the mucus and increase immunity. Children should feed a lot of water, so that moisture remains in the throat and lungs. Cold and oily things, fried things, chocolate, cold drinks and junk food should be protected as they can thicken mucus. Milk or dairy products can increase cough in allergic children, so give according to the advice of the doctor. Healthy and light diet helps the child to recover quickly.
When should the child be taken to the doctor and which doctor?
