When is Parma Ekadashi 2026?
According to the Panchang, the Ekadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Adhik month will start from 12:58 pm on Wednesday, June 10 and will continue till 10:36 pm on the second day i.e. Thursday, June 11. Since the sunrise of Ekadashi will be on June 11, hence Ekadashi fast of Parma Ekadashi will be observed on the same day. Parma Ekadashi is also known as Kamala Ekadashi.

What things should not be done on Parma Ekadashi?
1. According to scholars, rice should not be eaten on Ekadashi date. Doing this is considered a great sin. Follow this rule on Parma Ekadashi also.
2. On Parma Ekadashi, do not eat or drink tamasic things like non-vegetarian food, alcohol, cigarettes.
3. Do not get angry on Parma Ekadashi by controlling your mind. Do not lie to anyone or gossip about anyone.
