What is the new 30 day LPG-PNG rule?

The aim of the government is to increase the availability of LPG in those areas where PNG facility has not yet reached.
To whom will this rule apply?
This rule will be applicable only to those consumers who have taken PNG connection. If only LPG cylinder is still used in your house and PNG is not installed, then you do not need to panic. Your connection will continue as normal.
Will LPG connection end forever?
No, the government has also given a relief here. If in future you shift to an area where PNG facility is not available, you can ease the process of getting an LPG connection again with the help of a transfer voucher.
