BJP is running the BJP ‘Jan Manifesto Campaign’ for Bihar Election 2025. The party will make manifesto with public suggestions. In 38 districts, opinions will be taken through suggestion box, miss call and digital medium. This campaign will run from 5 to 30 October.

Patna: In view of Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, the Bharatiya Janata Party has announced to launch a big and unique campaign in the state. This time the manifesto of the party will not be made only by the thinking of the leaders or strategists, but the public opinion and suggestions will decide what the roadmap of Bihar should be in the coming five years.

BJP has named this initiative ‘Jan Manifesto campaign’. The aim of this campaign is that every citizen of the state, whether it is young, women, farmers or businessmen, can reach the party. The leadership of the party says that this time the manifesto will be really a document of the public, not only the result of the party’s strategy.

Voice will reach the public through digital and grassroots

The BJP has adopted many ways this time to gather public suggestions. First of all, assembly -wise suggestions boxes will be installed in all 38 districts of the state. Apart from this, the party has also prepared a mobile and miss call system. People can register their opinion by giving a missed call on a certain number, and along with this, they can also send suggestions through digital form.

BJP spokesperson Suresh Gupta said that the public can give opinion on any issue in its suggestion box or through mobile/digital medium. Whether it is associated with education, health, agriculture, energy, road construction or any social service. The party claims that no class or community will be released, every person will be able to reach their opinion directly to the party.

The party will reach the district-by-district campaign, every class and community

The party plans to run this campaign in the whole of Bihar from 5 October to 30 October. Under this, the district president and special representatives of the party in every district of Bihar will meet directly from the public. Farmers, youth, women, businessmen, teachers and people of different sections of society will be able to give their opinion.

BJP Rajya Sabha MP Manan Mishra said that the purpose of the campaign is not just to gather suggestions, but to understand the real problems and expectations of every class. Only then the final manifesto will be prepared. He said, “Our aim is to directly influence the life and future of the people of Bihar on the basis of public problems and suggestions.”

Upcoming programs and conferences

The BJP has also prepared a detailed program for this. On October 8, the public will be informed about the campaign through a press conference. This will be followed by Youth Conference on 9 October, Women’s Conference on 10 October, Kisan Sammelan on 13 October, and Interpireer Conference on 14 October. The opinion of representatives of various regions and classes will be taken in these conferences, so that the manifesto can reflect the demands of every community and class.

The party says that this campaign will give the citizens of Bihar an opportunity to raise their voice and assure them that their opinion matters. The party representatives present in the districts will upload the suggestions through digital, so that the process is clean, transparent and trackable.

Public participation will be made ‘public manifesto’

Officers and party leaders say that this time the manifesto will not only be a document, but will be a mirror of the people of Bihar’s thinking, expectations and needs. After reviewing the development in the state in the last two decades, now the next five -year plan will be made by including the public.

This move of BJP can bring revolutionary changes in the electoral strategy. This actively involves the public into the process and will help increase confidence and support of the party. In this way, the first such campaign of Bihar is going to run in which the public themselves will decide what issues and schemes the government should focus on the next five years.
