More than one lakh employment will be created from this project.

The results of the policies of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are that in the capital Lucknow and Hardoi, the PM Mitra Park being built in the capital has so far received investment proposals of more than 5 thousand crore rupees. This investment is not only going to change the industrial map of the state, but will also open new doors of employment for millions of youth.
UP will become India’s textile hub
The Yogi government’s plan is to make UP the largest textile hub in India where every activity from textile manufacturing to garment export is under one roof. The Handloom and Textile Department has so far signed an MoU with 95 industrial units, which is a proof of the growing trust of investors.

Legendary companies are also preparing for investment
Aditya Birla Group has planned to set up spinning and weaving units on 30 acres in PM Mitra Park. At the same time, Ajul Denimkart will set up a denim fabric unit on 15 acres. Eminent companies like TT Limited, GESL Spinners, SAVM Inc. and Geosis India are also willing to set up their units. In addition, Okhla Garment and Textile Cluster will install a garment manufacturing hub on 125 acres, which will provide employment to thousands of youth.
Employment creation and new opportunities
After the construction of the park, an investment of more than Rs 10,000 crore is expected, which will create more than one lakh direct and indirect employment opportunities. For the operation of the project, an SPV named ‘PM Mitra Park Uttar Pradesh Limited’ has been formed, in which 51% will be staked by the state government and 49% of the central government.
Attraction for better connectivity investors
The geographical location of the park is also its greatest strength – it is located at a distance of 45 km from Lucknow Airport, only 15 km from Malihabad railway station and 15 km from National Highway. Industrial connectivity and modern infrastructure are attracting investors. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that this project will not only speed up campaigns like ‘Wocal for Local’ and ‘Make in India’, but will also make UP a leader in the country’s textile industry policy.
