Archery Premier League India started in New Delhi. Superstar Ram Charan launched APL on the occasion of Dussehra at Ram Leela Maidan in Delhi. It is the country’s first Archery Premier League, with 36 Indians and 12 international archers participating.

Thousands of fans of Ram Charan were present there when this league was launched on the occasion of Dussehra at Ram Leela Maidan in New Delhi. Ram Charan burnt symbolic Ravana during this period. Ram Charan said in his address that this is the first time when the Archery Premier League has been launched in the country. He says, “We should support every player and archer. We should all appreciate the concentration, discipline and power of this game. It is our responsibility to carry forward this league.”
Archery Premier League Launch became a memorable event
The launching event of the Archery Premier League saw a beautiful combination of tradition and modernity. Along with cultural activities, the unveiling of APL’s Anthem and the spectacular entry of the teams associated with it and then the moments of Ravana Dahan by Ram Charan made this event memorable. The credit for bringing the Archery Premier League to the ground goes to its chairman Anil Kamineni, who has turned a dream to reality by bringing the Archery Association of India, World Archery, World Archery Asia and the Sports Ministry of India together. According to him, it is not just a game for him, but they want it to be a confluence of tradition, entertainment and world -class competition.
Archery Premier League started with 36 archers
The Archery Premier League has started on 2 October and will run till October 12. 6 franchise teams have participated in this competition at the Yamuna Sports Complex in New Delhi, including a total of 36 Indians and 12 international archers.
