Developed Up @2047: UP has received 21.5 lakh suggestions for Samarth Uttar Pradesh-developed Uttar Pradesh @2047 campaign. This suggestion has come the most from rural areas. The highest number of opinions on education and agriculture sector have received around 1 million suggestions.
Uttar Pradesh 2047 Campaign: The “Samarth Uttar Pradesh-developed Uttar Pradesh @2047 campaign”, which is being run by making Uttar Pradesh a developed state till the year 2047, is getting widespread public support. As part of the campaign, nodal officers and enlightened people have visited all 75 districts of the state and have established communication with students, teachers, businessmen, entrepreneurs, farmers, voluntary organizations, labor unions, media and general public. During this time people are being made aware of the development journey of the last 8 years and valuable suggestions are being received by discussing the future roadmap.
Who gave the most suggestions?
- So far 21.5 lakh suggestions have been received on the portal Samarthuttarpradesh.up.gov.in made for the campaign.
- Of these, about 16.5 lakh suggestions have come from rural areas and about 5 lakh suggestions from urban areas.
- On the basis of age group, about 10 lakh suggestions have been received from the age group below 31 years, more than 10 lakhs from 31 to 60 years and more than one lakh from 60 years of age have been received.
- In the region -wise suggestions, about 6.7 lakh suggestions have been revealed from the education sector, 5 lakhs from the agricultural sector, 3.5 lakhs from urban and rural development, 1.6 lakh from health and 1.6 lakh from social welfare.
- Apart from this, thousands of suggestions related to IT and tech, industry, balanced development and security have been received.

District wise feedback
- Sambhal
- Maharajganj
- Jaunpur
- Sonbhadra
- Hardoi was among the top five districts, while Firozabad, Etawah, Lalitpur, Mahoba and Santakbir Nagar came the least suggestions.
The public also shared their views during this campaign. Vikas Pandey of Rampur stated the need to encourage water management, drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting and organic farming for agricultural improvement. At the same time, Anguri Devi of Kasganj appealed to give priority to sustainable development and environmental protection. Trupti Singh of Barabanki insisted on improving the quality of resources and education in government schools.
The state government believes that suggestions obtained from this campaign will not only help in policy making, but will prove to be a milestone in achieving the goal of developed Uttar Pradesh.
