IndiGo to Resume Direct Flights Between India and China Starting October 26

IndiGo, India’s largest airline, is bringing back direct flights between India and China, with daily non-stop flights from Kolkata to Guangzhou set to begin on October 26, 2025. The service will be operated using Airbus A320neo aircraft.

The airline has also confirmed plans to launch a Delhi–Guangzhou route soon, pending regulatory clearance. Tickets for the Kolkata–Guangzhou flights opened for sale on October 3 through IndiGo’s website and mobile app.

As per the flight schedule available on the IndiGo website, the flight 6E 1703 departs Kolkata late evening, arriving in Guangzhou (T2) early the next morning. The return flight 6E 1704 leaves Guangzhou (T2) shortly after arrival, reaching Kolkata the same morning.
