On hearing the name of the pizza, it comes to mind first and a dish filled with calories. But if you get the same taste in a healthy style, how will it be? Exactly one such is a great idea, healthy pizza bites, these dish breakfasts, lunch and dinner, perfect food for any time. From children’s tiffin to your office lunch box, people of every age group will like it. Neha Dipak Shah has shared this recipe on Instagram in MasterShef. Talking about the specialty of this dish, it is full of high protein and fiber, is light to digest and a serving is made in less than 400 calories. The best thing is that to make it, you will need an app pan i.e. Panyerm PAN, so that it will be ready in low oil, without deep fry.
Ingredients to make pizza bytes
- For Philiative
- 100 grams of cheese pieces
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
- Mix Vegetables (Corn, Bell Papers, Onion)
- Olives
- Chilli Flex
- For batter
- ½ cup wet moong dal
- 1 green chili
- 2 slices ginger
- Taste salt
- For garnish and cooking
- Grapped carrots, spring onion and coriander
- Pouring
- A little oil to brush the pan

Pizza Bites Recipe
Prepare the batter
Grind wet moong dal with green chillies, ginger and salt and make a smooth batter. This Base will serve as Pizza Crust.
Heat the pan
Brush the app pan and heat it on a medium flame.
Set base
Put only 1 tsp batter in each mold and spread it lightly and move it to the edges. This will make a place in the middle in which you will be able to keep the filling.
Cook
Cover the pizza bytes and let it cook on the medium flame for a few seconds, so that the base becomes well cooked.
Pour filling
Now fill in the middle of cheese, pizza sauce and mix vegetables. Put a little thing, olives and chilli flakes on top.
Final touch
Cover and cook until the thing melts and the base becomes crisp.
Serve
Garnish on top of spring onion, carrots and coriander and serve hot healthy pizza bights.
