Ladli Behna Yojana Rakhi Gift: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has made a big announcement in the direction of giving a new identity to religious tourism and cultural heritage in Madhya Pradesh. Virtually addressing the closing ceremony of the seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha organized in Ujjain, the Chief Minister said that the state government will develop the pastimes of Lord Krishna and build grand Shri Krishna Tirthas.
During this, he highlighted the spiritual importance of Bhagwat Katha and said that such stories are not just religious events, but are also an important medium to communicate positive energy, moral values and cultural consciousness in the society.
Hearing Bhagwat Katha removes sorrows and pain: Chief Minister
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the impact of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is not limited to religious faith alone. Listening to the story makes a person spiritually strong and brings positive changes in his life. He said that in Indian tradition, Bhagwat Katha has been considered a medium for human welfare. Listening to it alleviates human suffering and creates an atmosphere of harmony and peace in the society. The Chief Minister called upon the devotees to incorporate the messages of Lord Shri Krishna and Bhagavad Gita in their daily lives.

Lord Krishna’s ideals are still relevant today
In his address, the Chief Minister said that the life of Lord Krishna is a symbol of struggle, dedication to duty and religion. He said that Shri Krishna faced many difficult situations, but never left the path of religion. He stood against injustice and misgovernance and showed the society the path of justice and truth. According to the Chief Minister, the message of Bhagwat Katha and Geeta even today inspires people for human service, morality and duty.
Grand pilgrimage sites will be built at the places of Sri Krishna’s pastimes.
At the function, the Chief Minister announced that the state government will develop all those places as religious tourism, where there are beliefs related to the pastimes of Lord Shri Krishna. He informed that grand Shri Krishna Tirtha will be developed in Narayana village of Ujjain district and Anka-Jhanka Mataji complex of Dhar district. The aim of the government is to establish these places as religiously and culturally important centres.
Villagers got the gift of roads and development works
Accepting the demands of the local villagers, the Chief Minister also announced several development works. He said that a concrete road will be built from village Tankaria Panth to Lepar. A road will be constructed from the village to Ranapur gate. Financial assistance will be provided for construction of shed in Dharamshala. Grant will be provided for construction of cow shed. These announcements are being considered as a big gift for the villagers.
Dear sisters will get the omen again on Rakhi
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also mentioned the Ladli Brahmin Yojana in his address. He said that on the occasion of upcoming Rakshabandhan, the state government will provide financial assistance to the beloved sisters in the form of Shagun. Although no detailed information regarding the amount was shared, this announcement is showing enthusiasm among the women beneficiaries of the scheme.
Pilgrimage will be organized for eligible elderly people
The Chief Minister said that the state government will also continue the Teerth Darshan Scheme for senior citizens. He assured that arrangements will be made by the Government for all eligible senior citizens to visit religious places, so that they can have religious and spiritual experience at this important stage of their lives.

The Chief Minister described Shrimad Bhagwat Katha as a powerful medium for social unity and preservation of cultural values. Expressing his gratitude to the organizing committee, saints and devotees, he said that such religious events strengthen values, harmony and spiritual consciousness in the society. According to him, programs organized with mass participation play an important role in strengthening social harmony and cultural identity.
