IMD Issued Yellow Alert: Due to the effect of Western disturbance, Delhi also received rains on the day of Dussehra. The clouds were playing with the sun since morning and the rain started in the afternoon, which continued till late evening. The rain level was light at some places and moderate at some places. Now in such a situation, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of heavy rains in Delhi-NCR. Please tell that it did not have any significant impact on the temperature of the rains in Delhi.
Meteorological department released alert
On Thursday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 35.7 degrees above normal and the minimum temperature was 25.8 degrees. The humidity level in the air ranged between 93 and 61 percent. A total of 14 mm rainfall was recorded till 8:30 pm. The Meteorological Department says that the effect of western disturbance will remain on Friday as well. It will be cloudy throughout the day and light rain is likely in the morning or afternoon. Medium level rain may also occur in some places. The maximum and minimum temperature of Friday can be 34 and 23 degrees respectively.

Chances of starting rain again by Tuesday
The weather will be dry on Saturday, but it is likely to start again from Sunday to Tuesday. Yellow alert has also been released for Monday. At the same time, Delhi’s air quality is currently under control due to weather. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the capital’s AQI 123 was recorded on Thursday, which falls in the middle category. The air at this level usually does not have a serious impact on the health of the people, and at the moment air quality is likely to remain in this category. Due to the western disturbance, Delhiites got some relief from the heat and humidity along with the rain on Dussehra, but the rain may continue in the coming days.
