1) Lack of concentration– When the mind is entangled in many things, the mind is not able to catch anything properly. Frequent thinking of thinking affects our memory.
2) Lack of proper nutrition– Eating the brain also gives strength. If there is a lack of nutrients like vitamin B12, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and zinc in the body, then memory starts to weaken.
3) Sleepless– The brain needs rest. When sleep is not complete, the brain is not able to remember the things of the day well, which increases the problem of forgetting. Due to this, there is a risk of having chemical imbalance in the brain, which affects memory.
4) Stress and anxiety– Continuous tension increases the burden on the brain. This weakens the brain to remember things or bring back old memories.
5) Age effect-As the age increases, the brain cells start working slowly, which affects memory. This can be a normal effect of age.
6) Effect of medicines and drugs– Some medicines or drunk things slow down the way the brain functions. This affects memory.
7) Head injury-A deep injury to the head can sometimes cause memory loss. After an accident or injury, the brain can forget some things, especially recent things.
8) Some diseases– Alzheimer’s, thyroid disturbances, brain tumors or neurological disorder can also affect memory.
