Milk Powder Recipe: The problem of adulteration in milk powder sold in the market is common, but do you know that it can be made in a pure way at home too? This milk powder made of only two materials does not only last long.
Homemade Milk Powder Recipe: Milk powder found in the market often contains high amounts of preservatives or additional sugar. If you want pure, untoward milk powder, then it is the best option to make it at home. Many people might not know that milk powder can be made at home, so they must learn this method.
Actually, Youtuber Savita has described an easy and effective way that you can make pure milk powder using only two materials at home. It can also be easily kept in the fridge for 1 to 2 months and it does not require a machine.
Two important materials
The process of making milk powder starts by boiling milk and thickening. To make milk powder, you will need only one liter full-cream milk and 100 grams of sugar. Savita Shekhawat recommends using full-cream milk to make the right milk powder.
Milk must be thick
First, heat 1 liter full-cream milk. Let it boil completely. After boiling, reduce the heat and let the milk slowly become thick. This process will take time, but patience is necessary. As the milk becomes thick, the cream will accumulate on the edges of the embroidery. Mix this cream in the middle of milk in between. Remember, the edges do not have to scrape too much. Just bring the cream in the middle. Thick the milk until it becomes a paste, which is slightly soft, but thick with cream.
Remove water completely
Milk powder will be ready only when the milk dries completely. It can be stored for 2 months only after extracting moisture. Therefore, when the milk becomes thick well, turn off the heat. Spread the paste of this milk diluted on 2-3 different plates. Keep these plates under the fan. When the milk dries and turns into thick pieces, collect them together and keep them in strong sunlight for a day.
The correct method of grinding sugar and milk
Market is the most important thing in milk powder, its fine texture. For this, it is necessary to grind and filter the pieces of sugar and dried milk. Put the sugar in a grinder jar and grind them finely. Sieve the ground sugar with a sieve so that only fine powder comes out and separate the granular part. Then, put completely dried milk pieces in the grinder jar. Do not grind the pieces continuously together. Stop grinding after 10-15 seconds. Add the powder coming up with a spoon and grind it again. This will not make the jar warm and will not make the powder of milk melt and make the powder sticky.

Sieve sugar and milk powder
After grinding, it is necessary to mix milk and sugar powder well so that the prepared milk powder becomes uniform thick. First, filter the ground milk powder in sugar. Now, filter both sugar and milk powder once again. You will see that homemade milk powder is slightly different, light yellow, from the milk powder found in the market, but it is completely pure. Fill the prepared milk powder in an airtight compartment and keep it in the fridge. This will keep its purity and freshness for 1 to 2 months.
