Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have filed a lawsuit of 4 crores on Google and YouTube. It is alleged that the image is being misused on these platforms through his deepfack and unauthorized AI content. The High Court has sought a written reply from Google.

Both have now filed a case of Rs 4 crore against Google and YouTube. He has accused these platforms of allowing his photographs and videos to be misused in Deepfech and Unauthorized AI Content.
Case filed against YouTube
According to a report by Reuters, the couple has argued that YouTube’s content and third-party training policy are worrisome. Explaining the matter further, the documents filed stated, “Such content being used to trend AI models has the ability to increase the incidence of any infringing material using many times, that is, the content is being used by the public by uploading it on YouTube, and then this content is also being used for training.”

According to Media reports, legal documents show that the case targets’ gross’ negligence “and ‘AI-borne content. Let us know that AI Bollywood Ishq has allegedly more than 259 videos on a YouTube channel named Ishq with more than 259 videos which have clips made from tampering and have been seen millions of times. In a video, Aishwarya and Salman Khan have been shown in a video, and Salman Khan in another video in a video. Abhishek is suddenly seen kissing an actress.
During a hearing last month, the Delhi High Court had asked Google’s lawyer to submit a written reply in the court before the next hearing on January 15.
