But as soon as the conversation started, Adm Santosh Bahadur Singh prevented Shama Parveen from speaking and treated him in a very derogatory tone. Seeing all this, MP Iqra Hasan lodged an objection and said that such behavior with public representatives will not be tolerated.
MP gave written complaint to Principal Secretary

Muslim MP Iqra Hasan immediately sent a written complaint to the Principal Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Government. In the complaint, he said that ADM’s behavior was not only indecent but it is a direct attack on the democratic system. The ADM has no right to treat such a derogatory behavior with an elected public representative and woman.
As soon as the complaint was reached against ADM, Shamli DM has ordered an inquiry. At the same time, sources say that Santosh Bahadur Singh has been temporarily removed and separated from field duty till the investigation is completed.

At the same time, it was also described by the Congress as the result of the “anti -Muslim mentality” of the UP administration.

Adm Santosh Bahadur Singh has not yet sought any public apology but informally described it as the result of “Miss Communication” and “Bureaucratic Pressure”. Shamli DM told the media that-
“We are taking the matter seriously. An inquiry against ADM has been ordered. Appropriate action will be taken if found guilty.”

If the elected public representatives are not able to escape from the indecent behavior of the officers, then what is the guarantee of the security and rights of the general public?
