Soluble fiber
Soluble fiber dissolves in water and makes gel -like substances. It slows down digestion and improves the absorption of nutrients. Sugar helps to control control and reduce LDL i.e. bad cholesterol. Oats, apples, barley, citrus fruits and legumes are considered good sources. It is perfect for a diabetes patient, because it helps in managing the blood sugar level after eating. Insoluble fiber
Insolubable fiber does not dissolve in water. Insolubable fiber helps to easily pursue food in the intestines, which does not cause constipation. Along with this, it is also considered right for people who are losing weight, because it keeps the stomach full for a long time, which does not cause hunger and eats less. Both fibers are necessary to stay healthy. So take the balance diet. An adult person needs about 25-38 grams of total dietary fiber per day. The rest depends on everyone’s health.
