Prisoner attacked former minister Gayatri Prajapati in jail
Former minister Gayatri Prajapati, who was lodged in the district jail, was attacked by a prisoner of the jail on Tuesday evening with a small iron rod. Gayatri was injured in this attack. The attacking prisoner works in the jail hospital. Jail personnel and doctors cleaned the blood flowing from their heads and gave primary treatment. The jail superintendent and other officials reached the spot as soon as the news of the incident was received. For better treatment, he was taken by ambulance to the Trauma Center amidst tight security.

Syrup became fatal, seven children died due to drinking cough medicine
