Material
- Mustard oil – 5 tbsp
- 1 bowl olives – minced
- Jaggery – 50 grams
- Panchphoran – 2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin – 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Honey – 2 tbsp

- First of all, take a pan and heat mustard oil in it.
- After this, heat the jaggery on medium flame and mix it.
- After adding olives, add salt, panchphoron, red chilli powder, roasted cumin and cook for some time.
- Then add honey to it and let it cook for some time on the gas.
- Now your delicious jaggery sweet and sour chutney is ready.
- You can also eat it with Golgappa, Kachori, Tikia and Sev Puri.
