New Delhi: Nepal shocked West Indies in the second T20I match in Sharjah on Monday to register their first-ever series victory over a Test playing nation. After beating them by 19 runs in the series opener on Saturday, Nepalese team replicated the effort by another dominant performance thrashing the champion side by a massive margin of 90 runs.
Nepal had beaten Afghanistan back in 2014 at the T20 World Cup but the latter was also an associate member nation at that time. This happens to be the biggest run-victory by an associate member against a full-member in men’s T20Is.
