Along with this, whoever goes on this journey through the Central Government’s official Kailash Mansarovar Yatra or private travel agency will complete it.
You will get an amount of one lakh rupees received under this Yojana after traveling to Kailash Mansarovar. That is, first you have to travel to Kailash Mansarovar. After this you can take advantage of this.
How to apply for Kailash Mansarovar scheme?
Passengers of UP who travel to Kailash Mansarovar are eligible for this scheme. Within 90 days of completing the journey, you will have to apply for this by going to the UP government website www.updharmarthakarya.in. The Kailash Mansarovar travel subsidy of this website will be available. By clicking on it, you have to apply further.
Keep in mind that you must have a certificate of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. On traveling, you get a certificate, which you have to apply during the application. Along with this, you will also have to give your Aadhaar card, PAN card, residence certificate, visa.
Along with the necessary documents, you will also have to give your bank details. After the application, the UP government will verify the information you have filled. If the application is correct, the UP government will transfer Rs 1 lakh to your account.
If you give wrong information during the application, then your application can also be canceled. Even if the government sent 1 lakh rupees to your account, the government will also recover that money and legal action can be taken against you.
How many people will visit Kailash Mansarovar?
This time 750 pilgrims have been elected to visit Kailash Mansarovar. Of these, 500 Nathu La Marg and 250 Lipulekh pass routes will complete their religious journey. The visit was stopped in 2019 due to Kovid 19. It was then not started in 2020 due to tension between India and China. It has later been resumed after the consent of the two countries in 2024. After 5 years, Kailash Mansarovar Yatra will resume from 30 June 2025.
