Durga Bhog Ashtami Bhog Recipe: Different forms of Maa Durga are worshiped every day during Sharadiya Navratri. This time the eighth is on 30 September. But apart from this, you can make some other delicious things.
You can make many things in addition to swollen or flour pudding in sweet. Which can be liked a lot for girls and all family members who come to your house. Also, it will not take much time to make it. You can make coconut pudding, Malpua and Makhana Kheer.
Coconut pudding
Everyone has eaten coconut barfi a lot. But you can also make a pudding and eat it. To make it, put ghee in a pan and heat it. After this, add grated coconut to it and fry on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes, until light aroma starts and the color changed a little. Add milk to it and mix well with coconut and cook till it thickens. Now add sugar and keep stirring. After the sugar dissolves, the pudding will start thickening in a while. Serve by adding chopped fruits to it. When the ghee starts separating from the pan, turn off the gas. Serve light like hot or hot as you like.
Makhana kheer
To make it, heat ghee on a pan and add makhana to it and fry it till it becomes light golden. Now add milk in a pan and boil it on low flame. When the milk starts boiling, then put the roasted makhana in it. Keep stirring the milk in between so that it does not stick in the pot. When the milk remains half, then add sugar to it and mix it well. Now add finely chopped dry fruits and cook for a few minutes and then serve.
Malpua
Mix maida and gram flour in a large pot. Now add milk and water to it and whisk it well so that there is no kernel. Thick the solution but not too much. If you are putting khoya, then mix it in the brother’s batter. Keep this solution for a while so that it is set a little. After kneading it, roll it into a round shape. Add sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a pan and cook on low flame till it dissolves. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan. Now put it in the pan. Fry the color from both sides on the slow intestine until golden and crispy. Now put it in hot syrup immediately and after dipping for a few seconds, take it out. Serve hot Malpua with dry fruits or pistachios.
