Why did KL Rahul remain unsold?
The reason for KL Rahul remaining unsold in the Maharaja T20 Trophy on June 5 is not his game or form but his unavailability. When Karnataka’s T20 league is to be organised, KL Rahul will be busy playing international cricket. KL Rahul is currently busy preparing to play Test with Afghanistan. After this he will play ODI series against Afghanistan. When the Afghanistan series ends, there will be a tour of England. Before that, Rahul would like to refresh himself by keeping some distance from cricket. In such a situation, there was suspense over his playing in the Maharaja T20 Trophy. This is the reason why they were not bid in the auction.
KL Rahul’s performance in IPL 2026
