UP2047 Panchayat Success: Under the developed UP@2047 dialogue program, the Chief Minister spoke to the officials of all the district panchayats of the states. Yogi praised the Meerut District Panchayat and said that the model here is for the entire state.

On the occasion of CM Panchayat Dialogue Uttar Pradesh developed UP@2047 dialogue program, the Chief Minister got a direct communication with the Chief Minister, the district and area panchayat presidents shared stories of development journey and change of their respective areas in their area in the last 08 years. This virtual platform of dialogue not only made an opportunity to outline achievements, but also made proof of the collective commitment to move forward in the direction of innovation and self -sufficiency at the panchayat level.

Changed picture of women in Amroha district

Asha Chandra, head of Dhanaura block of Amroha district, presented the annual action plan and put the changed picture of women from programs like self -help groups and Lakhpati Didi. He especially told the example of women cultivating strawberries how many opportunities to empower the rural economy. On this, the Chief Minister said that if the panchayats make plans by keeping local requirements at the center and adopt innovation, they can not only increase their income, but can also make a big jump in the direction of self -sufficiency.

Head of Etah district told success story

In this sequence, Pushpendra Lodhi, block chief of Sheetalpur from Etah district, said that under the guidance of the Chief Minister, his block is being recognized as a model block in the entire Aligarh division, where unprecedented development works have been done in the last eight years. Taking forward this continuity of development, Urvashi Singh, head of Sarawankheda block of Kanpur countryside, shared initiatives related to schemes like rainwater harvesting, pink toilet and upgradation of rural markets. In this context, the Chief Minister in collaboration with the Mandi Committee spoke to further encourage income-creation activities like Rural Haat and Community Hall.

Women are writing new Ibarad of success

Putting forward the discussion of innovation and use of local resources, Block Head of Chopan of Sonbhadra launched an example of women’s small industry of making soaps from goat milk with works like Amrit Sarovar, Check Dam, Plantation. He also suggested that if Sonbhadra’s population picnic spots get a little more recognition, it can come on the tourism map on the lines of Goa. The Chief Minister appreciated this thinking and asked to send the proposal.

Alka of Azamgarh gave the gift to CM

Underlining the future development hypothesis of the state, Alka Mishra, head of Ajamtgarh block of Azamgarh, presented the Chief Minister a booklet related to the UP@2047 campaign and committed his contribution in this direction. Giving this spirit more concrete form, Renu Patel, the head of Kashi Vidyapeeth Block in Varanasi, spoke about schemes like canteen and open gym, on which the Chief Minister said that such experiments are not only useful for the public, but can also become a medium to increase the income of panchayats.

Pilibhit District Panchayat President kept a matter of success

In this series, District Panchayat President of Pilibhit Daljit Kaur gave information about the income from 500 shops along with works like Inter College for girls, cold storage for farmers and construction of ponds. This thinking of increasing the income of the panchayats was put forward by Gaurav Chaudhary, District Panchayat President of Meerut and with concrete examples. He told how the income has recently been transported from 3 crore to 10 crore from steps like construction of 128 shops, proper use of vacant lands and stopping tax evasion. Describing it as a model example, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to learn from all district panchayats.

District Panchayat President of Prayagraj Vijay Kumar Singh also shared steps taken towards income hike and public utility works. He informed about the future plans, referring to the income of 6 crores, the construction of marriage hall and the development of funerals. Appreciating these efforts, the Chief Minister described them as inspiring and said that if all the panchayats work in this sense, then Uttar Pradesh will set new records of self -reliance and development.
