For this, mix only half or one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it about 20-30 minutes before eating. This natural remedy can be very beneficial for type-2 diabetes patients.’

Doctors say that apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which slows down the process of food digestion in the stomach. This means that the glucose produced from food reaches the blood slowly, which does not cause a sudden increase in blood sugar.
