Rajasthan’s star fast bowler Joffra Archer once again succeeded in making Rohit his victim. However, before that a drama was also seen regarding Rohit’s bats.
In which test did Rohit Sharma’s 2 bats fail?
In fact, when Rohit Sharma came on the field at the beginning of the innings, the on-field umpire examined his bat. According to IPL rules, the size of the bat is checked with a bat gauge. But Rohit’s first two bats failed in this test. The bat gauge got stuck in the middle of the bat, due to which he had to change both the bats. Finally the third bat passed and Rohit came out to play with it. But luck did not favor him.
Rohit Sharma was out on the fatal ball of Joffra Archer on the fourth ball of the first over of the innings. Archer bowled the ball at a speed of 145 kilometers per hour, which came close to the stumps and hit the edge of the bat and went into the hands of wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel. Rohit lost his wicket while playing drive. Due to which Joffra Archer once again managed to get the wicket of Rohit Sharma in T20 cricket.
