This app tells people when they receive a call whether the call is spam or not. This is considered a very good app to identify fake calls.

Because your number will be saved in the contact list of a Truecaller user’s phone, the details also go to the Truecaller.
Truecaller: Deactivate account like this
To delete your account from the Truecaller app, go to the app’s settings. After this tap on Privacy center option. Here you will see Deactivate option, click on it. If Truecaller asks you for permission to deactivate the account, select Yes option. After this you will be logged out of the app.

If you want that no details of your number remain on Truecaller, then you will have to take some steps for this. To remove your phone details from Truecaller, follow these steps-
- Search for Truecaller Unlist and go to the Unlist phone number page.
- Now write the mobile number along with the country code. (Country code of India: +91)
- Then verify with ‘I’m not a robot’.
- Here you will have to select the reason for deleting the number or you can also write the reason yourself.
- Now verify the captcha and click on Unlist.
Your phone number details will be removed from Truecaller’s database within 24 hours. Keep in mind that the data of numbers which have been identified as Spam will not be deleted.
