According to ‘s IMDb profile, the actor was born on March 13, 1991, in Nimbahera, Rajasthan. The actor’s father, the late Ayyub Khan, worked with a premier Indian building materials company. His mother, Firdous Khan, is a housewife.

After shifting to Jaipur, the Mirzapur actor spent five years doing theatre plays for Sarthak and Ujaagar theatre groups. In Mumbai, he reportedly worked as a casting assistant for an agency. The actor even made a cameo appearance in Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. He also had a cameo role in Anushka Shamra’s Pari.
That said, he made his full-fledged Bollywood debut with India’s Most Wanted in 2019. Khan played the role of Bittu Sinha in the Arjun Kapoor-starrer. Since then, Aasif has done movies like Kakuda, The Bhootnii, and more. However, Aasif is widely known for doing popular web shows. Last year, rumours of Aasif suffering a heart attack went viral on social media. The actor later clarified in an interview that he was hospitalised due to a different reason. “So first of all, I want to clarify—it was not a heart attack. It was gastroesophageal reflux disease. The symptoms felt like a heart attack, but I’m totally fit,” the actor told Bombay Times.
