Whenever there is a talk of the potato, which is remembered by the vegetable of Bhandare. But you can make it easily at home too. For this, you can take the idea from the recipe given here. You must need some spices to make it. Due to which its taste is different from normal potato vegetable.
Essential material
To make it, you will need 3 to 4 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp oil, 1 teaspoon whole coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon fennel seeds, ½ tsp asafetida, ½ tsp, black pepper, 1 teaspoon of ginger and green chilli, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon tight taste, 2 big tastes, 2 big tastes, 2 big tastes Tomatoes, 1 teaspoon mango powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 teaspoon kasoori fenugreek, 2 cups of water and fresh green coriander.
Bhandare Potato Recipe
First of all, grind coriander, cumin and fennel lightly together. You can grind it in a grinder. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. Add cumin, asafoetida and black pepper to it. After 1 to 2 minutes, add ginger and green chili paste to it. Fry for a minute. Now grind tomatoes and make a paste. After this, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and tomato paste. Cook the oil until it looks different. Now mix mashed potatoes, water, mangoes, garam masala and kasuri fenugreek. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Cut fresh green coriander and pour it on top. Bhandare’s potato is ready. Eat it hot with hot puri.
