On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, Kangana Ranaut prepared bhog. The actress shared a video on her social media handle, revealing that she was preparing bhog at her mother’s home in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Dressed in a traditional outfit, the actress-turned-politician was seen cooking in the kitchen, a place where she ate and worked in childhood. She further added that her niece’s birthday was on Janmashtami. After this video was shared, an X user tried to point out mistakes in Kangana’s bhog prep. However, the actress slammed the troll and told the user not to worry about cooking.

A netizen took to X and told to turn the gas on while preparing bhog and even pointed out that the kadhai was black. Responding to the troll, the actress and politician wrote on social media handle, “Yeh halwas nahi bhog hai, many ingredients are prepared separately and then all are mixed in this phase, before setting and then cutting in to pieces.”
Kangana added that she can’t expect cooking skills from people who are a ‘burden’ on parents and planet. “Tum sirf khaane pe dhayaan do don’t worry about cooking.”
Meanwhile, on August 28, Kangana celebrated Raksha Bandhan with her brother Aksht Ranaut and her sister-in-law. Sharing glimpses from the celebration, the actress penned on Instagram, “Mere payaare Bhai Main Ishwar se prarthna karti hoon ki yeh prem ka bandhan jo maine tumhare haath pe bandha hai yeh sada tumhari Raksha kare, tum hamare Mata Pita ki seva karo, kul ki garima badhao, patni ka sada kalyan karo, santan ki hamesha raksha karo, aur sada jeevan se santusht raho.”
The actress and politician further hoped to see her brother healthy and prosperous. She mentioned that her brother is a reflection of her parents and also wished to continue receiving his love. On a concluding note, she extended heartfelt wishes to all brother-sister duos on the special occasion.
