Blake Lively demands a single session of deposition against Justin Baldoni; Legal plot thickens- Deets Inside

Blake Lively, the controversial actress, has demanded to limit the deposition to a single session for her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni. The federal rules state that the single session should last only for seven hours, and the ‘Gossip Girl’ alum wants nothing more than that.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s deposition has been postponed…According to the Daily Mail, the deposition, which was originally scheduled for Thursday, has been postponed to July 31, which was a mutual decision by both parties. However, many complex cases require more than a single session, which is against the demand of Blake. The 37-year-old star’s demand was revealed when one of her claims against the social media PR expert, Jed Wallace, was tossed out by the judge.

The judge said that Lively, who recently hailed the crown of being a toxic diva, can neither amend the existing claim nor can she refile her claims against Wallace in any other jurisdiction. The PR expert’s attorney said that if Wallace were to get involved in the case ever again, he would demand another deposition.

The fiery exchange of accusationsPreviously, Lively and Baldoni had another exchange of complaints in the court, where the actress demanded to conduct the deposition on her turf due to the danger of getting ambushed by the paparazzi. Baldoni’s lawyers argued that it would be unfair as both the offices are a mile away from each other.
