Sharadiya Navratri is going on. During this time, devotees observe nine days fast, in which Falahari things are eaten. Sago is also one of those foods that most people eat during the fast. It is not a grain, but is made from the root of a tree. The sago made from tapioca (a kind of root that looks like sweetness) immediately works to give energy. Sago Paratha Ingradients
The first ingredient to make paratha, you must have sago. Take it a cup. Apart from this, two big potatoes, fine tbsp green coriander chopped, half a teaspoon finely chopped ginger (optional), half a teaspoon finely chopped green chillies, a quarter teaspoon of pepper powder and ghee, ghee, rock salt as per need. Sago
First of all, dry sago. After roasting it for at least 3 to 4 minutes, put it in the mixer and make powder. After this, mash the boiled potatoes and add it. Add green coriander, green chillies, black pepper, salt, ginger and knead it well. If needed, take a little water in your hands and make it soft. In this way your paratha flour will be ready.
Bake like simple paratha
Make sago dough dough and roll the paratha with a little ghee or sago powder in it and roll it on both sides and roll it golden. You can also prepare Lachcha Paratha from it. Its triangles and square parathas also become more soft, layer. You can eat this paratha with curd or green chutney.
