Kapil Sharma was threatened and demanded extortion of one crore rupees. The accused Dilip Chaudhary was arrested by the Mumbai Police. The case is from 22 to 23 September, in which threatened calls and videos were sent. Police arrested the accused and brought to Mumbai.
Kapil Sharma Threat Case: The police has been successful in the case of threatening comedian Kapil Sharma and demanding extortion of one crore rupees. The police not only identified the threatening person, but has also arrested him from West Bengal. The accused has been identified as Dilip Chaudhary. Chaudhary had allegedly threatened Kapil Sharma in the name of notorious gangsters Rohit Godara and Goldie Brar and demanded a ransom of Rs 1 crore from them. The matter is being reported of this week.
Scared videos sent to Kapil Sharma
The reports quoted the police as saying that the accused not only made a threatening phone call to Kapil Sharma, but also sent some videos that scare him. Kapil Sharma was called and threatened 7 times by the accused between 22 September and 23 September. He also made a threatening call to the comedian from another number. Following the complaint, the Mumbai Crime Branch immediately started the investigation and tracked the accused and caught him from West Bengal.

Kapil Sharma brought to Mumbai threatening
According to reports, the accused has now been brought to Mumbai for further investigation. The police produced him in the Asples Court, from where he has been sent to the police custody till 30 September. Now the police is trying to find out whether the accused has a direct connection with Rohit Godara and Goldie Brar or he was taking his name with the intention of scaring money.
