A day after reports surfaced that ‘Panchayat’ actor Aasif Khan suffered a heart attack, the actor has now reassured fans of his improving condition by sharing a new update from his hospital bed.
Aasif posted a picture on his Instagram Story showing his hand attached to an IV drip, alongside a book titled ‘Main Zinda Hoon’ by renowned poet and lyricist Rahat Indori.
On Tuesday, the following a heart attack. Known for his impactful roles in several web series, Aasif later shared the news on Instagram with a heartfelt caption. “Life is short, don’t take a single day for granted. Everything can change in a moment. Be grateful for all you have and cherish those who matter most. Life is a gift, and we are blessed,” he wrote.
In another note, Aasif thanked his supporters and shared that he was feeling better. “Over the past few hours, I’ve been dealing with some health issues that required hospitalisation. I’m grateful to share that I’m now on the road to recovery and feeling much better. I truly appreciate all the love, concern, and well-wishes. Your support means the world to me. I’ll be back very soon. Until then, thank you for keeping me in your thoughts,” he wrote.
Aasif Khan has received widespread praise for his performances as ,and Kabir M in ‘Paatal Lok’. He has also appeared in ‘Jamtara’, ‘Pagglait’, and ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, and began his career as a junior artist in films like ‘Ready’ and ‘Agneepath’. His recent film ‘The Bhootni’, a horror-comedy, marked his latest theatrical release.
