Shehbaz sharif speech at unga: Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday dedicated a large part of his speech at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) to praise US President Donald Trump. Sharif called Trump a “peace messenger” and nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for a ceasefire between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan agreed to ceasefire led by President Trump
Shahbaz Sharif said, “Despite being in a strong position, Pakistan had agreed to the ceasefire and strong leadership of President Trump. Pakistani PM said,
Who tells what happened? Given Trump’s amazing and excellent contribution in promoting peace in our part of the world, Pakistan nominated him for the Nobel Peace Prize. I think we can only do so much for their love for peace. Really, he is the messenger of peace.
The role of the third country was not in the India-Pakistan ceasefire
The Pakistani PM did not say that after the initial attacks on terrorist bases, when New Delhi responded to Islamabad attacks, his own DGMO called India. India has always been saying that the ceasefire was agreed between the DGMOs of the two countries and no other leader had any role in it.
