A case violating the dignity of relationships has come to light in Vaishali district of Bihar, where a young man was having an affair with his own maternal aunt. This came to light when the youth’s maternal grandfather caught both of them in an objectionable position, following which a huge uproar took place.
Nana first beat both of them, then after the village panchayat, both of them got married in the temple. Now this matter has become a topic of discussion in the entire area.
The love affair was going on secretly for two years
According to the information received, the matter pertains to the village of Bhagwanpur police station area of the district. It is being told that a young man named Golu Mahato was having an affair with his real aunt Mamta Kumari (resident of Rohua village) for the last two years. Since there was a sacred relationship of aunt and nephew between the two, no one had any doubts about their meeting.
Nana caught red handed in the room
Similarly, the previous day, Golu Mahato had reached his aunt’s house to meet his girlfriend. Both were in an objectionable condition in the room, when suddenly the girl’s father and the boy’s maternal grandfather Jaglal Mahato reached the spot and got furious after seeing both of them together. After this there was a lot of commotion in the house. Nana started beating both of them. Within no time a huge crowd of villagers gathered.
The marriage took place in the temple
After this a panchayat was called in the village. After the consent of both the parties, Golu and Mamta were married with full rituals in the local temple.
