Allow the Ramdane to cool down and heat the ghee in a pan and add jaggery and water to it. After melting the jaggery, add Ramdana to it and after cooling, give a shape of laddus.

Sago is the most favorite food eaten in fast. Some people like to eat sago papad. You can also make it at home. For this, you have to wash the sago well first and then soak it in 3 times more water. When the sago swells, remove its water. Now put water in a vessel and boil the sago. Keep stirring it continuously. When the sago dissolves in the water, remove it from the gas and let it cool. Now spread the sago on a polythene with the help of a big spoon in the round shape. Keep 1 day in the sun and your papads are ready.

Rock salt is used in fasting hole chips. To make potato chips, you have to take big potatoes and cut them into slices. After this, put rock salt and lemon water directly. Dry it after 10 minutes. You can also easily make coconut namkeen eaten in the fast at home. For this you need, Makhane, Peanut, Dry Fruits, Rock Salt, Pepper Powder, Desi Ghee and Coconut pieces. You have to roast the makhana and sago without ghee and the rest of the ingredients with ghee. Now take out all these things in a parat and add rock salt, pepper and spices of your choice. The fasting is ready and healthy salty.
