Hero MotoCorp has launched Flex Fuel-ready versions of its bestselling Splendor+ and HF Deluxe motorcycles. With this launch, Hero has introduced India’s first flex fuel motorcycles in the highly popular commuter segment, supporting the country’s growing focus on alternative fuels and reduced dependence on conventional petrol.
The new motorcycles are compatible with ethanol-blended fuels ranging from E20 to E85. Hero says the products have been developed to offer a practical and affordable mobility solution while helping lower the carbon footprint of everyday commuting.
Prices And Availability
The HF Deluxe Flex Fuel has been priced at Rs 72,792 (ex-showroom Delhi), while the Splendor+ Flex Fuel is priced at Rs 82,710 (ex-showroom Delhi). Hero MotoCorp will initially launch both motorcycles in Delhi and select regions of Maharashtra from July 2026. A phased nationwide rollout is expected to follow.
Splendor+ Flex Fuel Details
The new Splendor+ Flex Fuel is powered by a 97.2cc engine that produces 6.3 kW at 8,000 rpm and 8.3 Nm at 6,000 rpm when running on E85 fuel. Hero claims it delivers improved performance compared to the standard version. Key features include:
