The star cast and the controversy
Geetu Mohandas directed this action-drama, which features a star-studded cast. Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi star as the heroines opposite Yash. Nayanthara appears in the role of Yash’s sister, while Akshay Oberoi and Sudev Nair play important characters. The film’s high-voltage action scenes, choreographed by Hollywood’s JJ Perry, and Yash’s screen presence are major highlights. However, the movie received negative reviews on its first day, with critics calling it ‘torture’, complaining about too much romance, and a weak story. This has reportedly angered many of Yash’s fans.
