In Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, the younger brother slit the throat of the elder brother over the division of house. The incident spread panic in the area. The accused himself informed the police about the murder of his brother. The police reached the spot and arrested the accused brother. SP City Akhilesh Bhadauria has reached the spot. The forensic team that reached the murder site for investigation collected samples from the dead body. The police have sent the body of the deceased for post-mortem.
This heart-wrenching incident took place in street number 4, Warsi Nagar of Mughalsarai police station area of Moradabad district. Regarding the incident, neighbors say that there was a dispute going on between the brothers regarding the division of the house. In this dispute, there was an altercation between two brothers of the house and then a fight broke out. Meanwhile, younger brother Jamshed attacked his elder brother Parvez with a sharp weapon and injured him. He died on the spot due to excessive bleeding.
Division of house made brother a murderer
The reason for brother’s murder is a dispute over the division of a two-storey house in Warsi Nagar. Deceased Parvez had 4 brothers. Among these, the family of Parvez and his elder brother Guddu live on the first floor of the house. His eldest brother Pappu lives at Rampur Crossroads. His mother and younger brother accused Jamshed live in the room located on the ground floor below. Jamshed is not married. Parvez is the third among 4 brothers. There was a dispute going on among the brothers regarding division. Due to which dispute Parvez was murdered by Jamshed.
‘If he had not killed, he would have killed me’
While giving information to the police, Jamshed, the accused who murdered his brother, said that he did not want to kill his brother Parvez. The situation on the spot became such that he had to kill Parvez. He says that if he had not killed his brother, Parvez would have killed him. The police is investigating to find out what the truth is. The police have locked the house.
