Anupama Parameswaran recently made headlines with her candid revelations about a past relationship. In an interview, the actress revealed that she had come out of a two-year relationship that she described as narcissistic and toxic, saying it left her dealing with considerable emotional trauma.
Although Anupama did not reveal the identity of her former boyfriend, media and social media speculation linked her to Tamil actor Dhruv Vikram. The two had been spotted together on several occasions, including a viral lip-to-lip kiss at a party.
While discussing the relationship, Anupama spoke about the difficult experiences she went through and alleged that she was humiliated even during menstruation, with her former partner making derogatory comments about her periods.
The actress has been in the spotlight since her revelations last week. Now, she appears to be moving on and enjoying her time with her family.
Anupama gave a glimpse of her Onam 2026 celebrations today. Dressed in a traditional saree, she celebrated the festival with her parents and brothers and enjoyed a traditional Onam sadya. She looked happy and radiant in the pictures.
