Former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede has filed a defamation case of ₹ 2 crore against Aryan Khan’s web series ‘Bads of Bollywood’, accusing him of poorly showing his image.
Sameer Wankhede Files Case Against Aryan & SRK: Sameer Wankhede has filed a defamation suit of ₹ 2 crore against Aryan and Shah Rukh Khan for making fun in ‘Bads of Bollywood’. Recently released in Aryan Khan’s web series ‘Bads of Bollywood’, controversy arose when Neetzons saw a character like former NCB officer Sameer Wankhede, arrested Aryan Khan in 2021.
Wankhede has now filed a defamation suit against Aryan and Shah Rukh Khan, in his petition described the series as ‘false, malicious and derogatory’ and alleged that it is deliberately designed to tarnish their reputation and weaken the law enforcement.

Court case against ‘Bads of Bollywood’
Aryan Khan’s latest web series show ‘Bads of Bollywood’ has recently premiered on Netflix, there is now a controversy on one episode. Some Neitizers have speculated that one of its characters is very similar to the appearance of former Narcotics Control Bureau Officer Sameer Wankhede, who arrested Aryan in an alleged drug case in 2021. Now, according to a latest news in the Free Press Journal, Wankhede has filed a defamation suit against both Aryan and his father, superstar Shah Rukh Khan.
Sameer Wankhede made serious allegations against Khan’s father and son
Sameer described Aryan’s show as ‘false, malicious and his defamatory’. He further claimed that the series “misleading the anti-drug enforcement agencies incorrectly depicts misleading and negative images, which may reduce public confidence in law enforcement institutions.”

In his petition, Wankhede claimed that this web series “deliberately made my reputation of Sameer Wankhede with the intention of tarnishing and maligning. It has been prepared in a prejudice.”
