He took an important step in this direction on June 3. The Chief Minister has now become the first Chief Minister in the country to include an electric vehicle in his official convoy.
Mahindra’s XEV 9e electric car has now joined the Chief Minister’s convoy. According to the company, this state-of-the-art EV is capable of covering a distance of about 500 kilometers once fully charged. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also traveled from the Chief Minister’s residence to State Hangar, Bhopal in this new electric car.
Mahindra XEV 9e Features: The car is equipped with special numbers and modern technology
The Chief Minister’s new electric car has been allotted the number MP-02-VB-2047. The “VB” present in this number is considered to be a symbol of developed India, while “2047” points towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of a developed India.
This electric car is equipped with modern technologies. It has many advanced features including 360 degree camera. The Chief Minister will also give the message of increasing awareness about environmental protection and clean energy among the common people through the use of this vehicle. Special training has also been provided to the drivers for operating the car.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has been making various efforts for environmental protection and promotion of solar energy for a long time. In recent times, he has also supported initiatives like releasing vultures and crocodiles into their natural habitat at many places.
