A big opportunity has come to light for the youth of Jharkhand for the Indian Army. Army recruitment rally will be held in Khelgaon in Ranchi from 22 August to 4 September 2025, in which thousands of youth will participate. Regarding this, a detailed meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajan on Monday. In the meeting, there was a thorough churning for the preparations for the recruitment rally.
‘Priority is to get the youth of Ranchi recruitment in the army’
During the meeting, Colonel Vikas Bhola, who was present on behalf of the army, urged the Deputy Commissioner that special attention should be paid to admitted more and more youth of Ranchi district to the army. He said that our priority is that the youth of Ranchi should participate in this rally and give new direction to their lives by joining the army. For this, every necessary facility and cooperation is from the district administration.
Colonel Bhola also informed that all the things like law and order, traffic management, medical facility, security arrangements and arrangements for the rest of the candidates should be ensured on time. Each day of the rally, the availability of ambulance and medical team will be mandatory from 4:00 am so that any emergency can be dealt with.
DC gave instructions for all possible cooperation
Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri assured that all necessary arrangements will be made by the district administration on time. He gave directions to the concerned departments to work with mutual coordination to make the rally smooth and organized. DC warned the youth and said that the recruitment process is completely transparent, there is no place for any kind of middlemen or brokers in it. He appealed to the youth not to come under the influence of anyone nor give money to anyone. Only those candidates will be selected in the recruitment who will meet all the parameters.
Recruitment posts and required qualifications
Army officials said that in this recruitment rally, candidates will be selected on the following posts, including Group A: Agniveer (General Duty), Group B: Agniveer (Technical), Group C: Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical, Group D: Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass), Group E: Agnive Tradesman (8th pass) etc. For all these posts, it will be mandatory to bring the documents mentioned in the latest notification. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the rally without a document.
Online documents and Android phones compulsory
It was also clarified by the Army that the candidates would have to submit the character certificate, residence certificate and caste certificate only in the verified format. Apart from this, it will be mandatory for all candidates to bring Android phones, so that the identity and verification process will be comfortable.
